I have been delighted with how well raised Piper is and how gentle she is with children. This photo demonstrates Piper being lead walked at 17weeks old with a 6year old girl. They have a lovely affable bond that I am sure will grow over the months and years.
Bernedoodles are great with children, however it is important that from early on children know how to behave around puppies and dogs. Once boundaries are established for both parties then the relationship will flourish.
